According to the Appraisal Foundation, As of April 1, 2020, some 418 AQB Certified USPAP Instructors have renewed their certification for the 2020-2022 renewal cycle. The deadline for renewal was March 31, 2020.

Each Licensed or Certified real estate appraiser must complete a 7-hour USPAP update course taught by an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor every 2-year renewal period.
